Welcome in our gîtes!
We welcome you at La Fleur Bleue, restaurant & gîtes in Crestet and we, David and Fiejette Worm, are looking forward to your visit.
You will find La Fleur Bleue between Vaison la Romaine and Malaucène at the foot of the Mont Ventoux.
Lunch and dinner are served at our place five days a week in our yard, with nice views of the Mont Ventoux, or in our cozy restaurant.
You will need at least a week to discover our beautiful region.
At our doorstep you will find the Mont Ventoux, the Roman excavations in Vaison la Romaine, and of course the famous vineyards of the Cotes du Rhone, like Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Beaumes de Venise... which you will also find on our wine list.
For those who enjoy physical exercise there is plenty of choice; the Dentelles de Montmirail for hiking, the Mont Ventoux by bike, horse riding and swimming in the Toulourenc, the Ouveze, or lake Paty.
Or you can enjoy our orchard and sit in the shade of the cherry trees or cool off in our Tub or Tonneau with views of the Mont Ventoux.
The prices
From the first of November till 31st of March; 500€ per week.
From the first of April till the 30th of June & the first of September till the 31st of October; 600€ per week.
In July and August it is 700 € per week. Between November and March we rent the gites as well for two nights starting at 80 euros per night.

General conditions
1. Make a reservation
1.1 Reservations can be made by telephone, internet or in writing. This reservation is only final
after confirmation of receipt of 50% of the total rent within 2 weeks after reservation.
1.2 The remainder of the rent must be paid 6 weeks before arrival date. Bee
reservation within these 6 weeks, the rent must be paid in one piece.
1.3 Money already paid will not be refunded, the cancellation conditions are then
remains in force (see point 2).
1.4 If the payment obligations are not, not fully, or not met on time
the tenant, Lafleurbleue reserves the right without return of any previously made
down payments by tenant, to unilaterally terminate the agreement.
2. Cancellation policy
2.1 Cancellations by the tenant must be communicated in writing to Lafleurbleue
will send a cancellation confirmation upon receipt.
2.2 If canceled by the tenant up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50% of
the total rent will be charged.
2.3 In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full rent is
due.
2.4 The tenant is advised to take out cancellation insurance himself.
3. Liability of the tenant and deposit
The tenant will report such damage before departure. Not reported, but later (within 3
working days) damage determined by the landlord, will be increased by 25 euros
additional costs. Refund will be made by bank within 5 working days after departure.
3.2 By accepting the lease, the tenant declares to pay compensation
or to repair the damage (and any additional costs) no later than 2 weeks after
date of the account drawn up by the landlord for this purpose.
4. Liability Lafleurbleue
4.1 Lafleurbleue cannot accept liability for loss, theft, damage or
injury, of whatever nature, caused to or sustained by tenants, travel companions and / or
visitors to the holiday homes.
5. Game rules
5.1 The tenant will have general rest before eight o'clock in the morning and after 10 o'clock in the evening
to respect.
5.2 The tenant will not pollute the site and deposit waste in the designated places.
5.4 Upon termination of the rent, the tenant must leave the house tidy and there will be more
however the mandatory final cleaning by the landlord.
5.5 Pets are allowed in the gîtes.
5.6 Smoking is not allowed in the gîtes.
5.7 The number of persons mentioned in the gîte description that can be accommodated in the gîtes
becoming is exhaustive. It is possible to deviate from this in consultation with the landlord.
5.8 The tenant can occupy the gite on the first rental day from 4 pm and must submit it
leave the last day at 10.30 am at the latest.
